Returns & Exchanges
At Circles & Cubes Co., our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer general returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us at circlesandcubesco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the event of a lost shipment or if a replacement for a defective item is unavailable. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
